The Registered Nurse RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse RN communicates changes in patients clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.Registered Nurse, RN, R.N.Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Licenses/Certification: Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the Department of Health required.
