Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to support handover and final project completion.Develop customized project roadmaps, timelines, and service agreements to align with client requirements.Manage technical, operational, and financial aspects of customer project delivery.Collaborate with the Head of Operations to drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.Ensure delivery processes meet and exceed tier-1 customer expectationsRequired Skills & Experience: You will be required to work end-to-end for the customer's projects (Telecoms or Service Providers).Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile / Waterfall.Internal and External stakeholder managementYou will need to have experience in road mapping, timeline & budget organisation, and strong leadership skills.Experience in managing projects in the Telecommunications /Service provider industryExcellent Communication skillsSalary and Benefits: € 6,500 Gross Per MonthPension Plan27 days holidayOpportunity to WFHTeam social events
