SummaryDetailed DescriptionSoftware Development: Design and Development of a full stack application to ease the task of designing, deploying and monitoring a next generation data center including GPU/AI compute elements.Architect scalable software that will work across multiple technology generations with minimal changes.Break down the architecture into modular pieces and define interfaces clearly.Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code for performance, efficiency, scalability.Architect solutions for customer's data center management needs working with multiple OS, libraries and devices.Security: Design and implement features for security management (RBAC).Stay up-to-date on security best practices and vulnerability remediation.Work effectively in directing work breakdown for a large team.Work with product line management, customers and sales teams to understand requirements and convert them into software requirements and design specifications.Explain the value addition software brings to technical and non-technical audiences.Leadership: Mentor and coach team members on technical skills and approaches to solve problems.Review and maintain quality of code going into production.Present innovation and value addition from our software in technical forums and customer interactions.Strong programming skills: Proficiency in full stack development. Knowledge of Python.Deep knowledge of Database systems and the tradeoff involved in choosing one.Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and ability to solve scalability issues.Debugging and testing skills: Ability to identify and resolve software issues.Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with data center deployments: Prior experience in data center architectures, developing and maintaining software for deployments is a plus.Clear Communication: Proven ability to articulate requirements and vision to a large and diverse audience through written documents like architecture specifications and verbal presentations in technical forums is required.Web application frameworks: Knowledge of web application frameworks like React.JS, Node.JS.Physical DemandsNormal office environment.

Typical EducationBachelor degree or higher education in Engineering.
