Responsibilities: Manage production operations in carded needle punch extrusion for carpet backing.Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.Lead and develop a team of production staff.Communicate effectively with all team members and departments.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.6-8 years of experience in carded needle punch extrusion manufacturing for carpet backing.At least 3 years in Production Management.Strong hands-on team player.Excellent communication skills, able to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Details regarding compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
