Summary


The individuals selected for this position are responsible for monitor and supervise a team's efficiency and ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values

Monitor employee productivity and performance expectations


3.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments


4.
Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions included but not limited to warehouse associates,


driver, and cleaning crew


5.
Maintain and teach organization skills


6.
Responsible for inventory integrity


7.
Responsible for vehicle maintenance.


8.
Responsible for on-time customer order delivery


9.
Ensure product replenishment for daily volume needs


10.
Partner with upper management for employee coaching and training


11.
Create a weekly or by-weekly schedule for employees.


12.
Monitor and supervise employee's attendance and punctuality


13.
Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team.


14.
Availability to travel to local and state facilities as required.


15.
Ensures a clean workplace


16.
Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA


17.
Possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day


18.
Attendance and Timeliness is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities


This job has supervisory responsibilities.
Candidates for this position must understand and execute subordinates job functions.
Please reference: Class C Delivery Driver, Warehouse Associate Day and Night, Material Handler, Customer Service Lead and Representative, Warehouse Receiver Cleaning and Maintenance.
Qualifications


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily.
State law says you must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's.

Education or Experience


We prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
We would like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education.


Language Skills


We need you to be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos.

You should also be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
We expect you to be able to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically.
Mathematical Skills


You need the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without


the aid of calculator or abacus.
Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory.

Hours


Full Time is typically 40 hours per week.
Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday.
We schedule for the needs of our business.
Working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited.
You cannot make up hours without your manager's prior approval.
Reasoning Ability


You need the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus.

You must be able to use a industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.


Work Environment and Environmental Conditions

You will be exposed to outside weather conditions while you're working in our warehouses.
The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
