The Assistant Runner utilizes systematic approaches to pulling and staging ingredients for production. This includes properly consuming ingredients in accordance with FEFO processes and our QA food safety processes. This also requires accurate scanning and consumption of ingredients in AX. This position will also be required to decant using food safety best practices. The position may be required to work hours outside of the set shift times and willing to work overtime. The primary hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7am to 6pm. Candidate must be flexible and able to start at 4:15am when needed to cover absences. This position may also help cover other warehouse related positions, depending on the daily workload.
