QualificationsHardworking and enthusiastic personality.Must be minimum of 18 years of age.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment.High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.Analytical and structured work approach.
Physical DemandsPosition may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.Position requires the ability to push/pull objects using standard manual pallet jack or similar material handling equipment.Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) for short periods of time (typically less than 5 minutes).Such conditions can be encountered during the storage and retrieval of products from the heat-curing room.
