Our Values: ? Lead with Compassion ? Be Resourceful ? Listen ? Hustle Who We Are Looking For Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of recruiting top talent in engineering and leadership roles, specifically within the clean metallurgy and metals production sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent, with a focus on individuals who are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and the future of metals production.  The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding the technical needs of the company, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience. This role will be integral to Phoenix Tailings' mission of building a world-class team of engineers and leaders who will help drive our clean metals production efforts. 
\n Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts for technical roles: Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for technical positions in engineering, metallurgy, and leadership roles related to clean metals production. Source top talent: Proactively identify and engage with high-caliber engineers, technical experts, and leaders using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and technical communities. Build strong talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring the company has access to the best talent as we grow. Conduct interviews and assessments: Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit for Phoenix Tailings. Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with engineering leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies. Promote employer branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Phoenix Tailings as a top employer in clean metallurgy and sustainable metals production through social media, job postings, and networking events. Track recruitment metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment activities, ensuring hiring goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure a positive candidate experience: Manage all touchpoints of the candidate journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from initial contact to onboarding.  QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong background in recruiting for engineering and technical roles. Experience sourcing candidates for highly specialized roles in metallurgy, materials science, and clean technology is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Passion for recruiting top talent and helping to build high-performing, diverse teams. A strong understanding of the clean energy or metals production industry is a plus.  We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
