ConocoPhillips is a leading oil and gas company that is hiring 2024-2025 High School Interns for Administrative Assistant - Contract positions. The 2024-2025 High School Intern will provide general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual.Key AccountabilitiesProvides general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual.Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.Usually works on generalized routine assignments that do not require a broad knowledge of the corporate organization.Duties typically include typing reports, correspondence, copy, answering the phone, and scheduling.Required and Preferred Skills and ExperienceEntry level, typically 0-3 years of experience.Provides technical and/or administrative support.Demonstrates the ability to learn terminology, applications and standard procedures for performing the job function.Performs routine, basic office/field tasks using established procedures.ConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
