The Opportunity  The Revenue Strategy and Efficiency Analyst will lead initiatives that make it easier for reps to sell and customers to buy. The Analyst will develop strategies to remove inefficiencies in Flock's pre- and post-sale processes, manage our grant identification program, and help to implement tools that make reps more effective. They will also manage our portfolio of procurement options, designed to accelerate sales cycles and increase win rates.

Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, with the interpersonal savvy to navigate individuals' competing priorities
Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially during times of high volume and urgency
Experience with SLED procurement vehicles is a huge plus!

Meet your cross-functional collaborators, specifically those on the Enablement, RevOps, DealOps, BizOps, PMO, and FP&A teams

Gain an understanding of what's working and what isn't; develop a point of view on where you can score some quick wins
The First 60 Days  Establish yourself as the go-to problem solver for all things related to sales efficiency
Establish yourself as the point person for the external partners you'll work with
Start tackling some "quick wins"--there are plenty to be had
90 Days & Beyond  You have a few quick wins under your belt and have a clearly identified your priorities for the next two quarters
The Interview Process  We want our interview process to be a true reflection of our culture: transparent and collaborative. Throughout the interview process, your recruiter will guide you through the next steps and ensure you feel prepared every step of the way. 
Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you'll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are. 
The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field. 
The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners. 
The Perks  ??Salary & Equity: In this role, you'll receive a starting salary of $70,000-$90,000 as well as stock options??Flexible PTO: We seriously mean it, plus 11 company holidays.
