2025 Adirondack Leadership Training

Adirondack Leadership Training (ADK LT) is a nine-week summer discipleship program for college students. Students who attend Adirondack LT work a full-time job, hear from great speakers from around the country, spend time growing in authentic community, and learn how to live out and share their faith with others. Adirondack LT is designed to stretch and challenge you while having fun and developing amazing friendships and a greater love for Jesus. Plus, you'll be living and working with everyone from LT at the Silver Bay YMCA of the Adirondacks in Silver Bay, NY – on the shores of beautiful Lake George.
