2025 Entry Level Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Where would you step in?

As a valuable member of our Environment team, you will work on a wide variety of environmental compliance projects throughout the northeast.
You will sit in our Providence, RI or North Kingstown, RI office and will work in a hybrid work environment.


Our Environment Team and Projects
Our Environment group is nearly 100 strong throughout our Northeast offices.
We cover site assessment, remediation, wetland science, regulatory compliance, permitting, and other ways we support client work with state and local governments, utilities, private clients, colleges, and hospitals.

What will you be doing?

You will provide consulting support services for industrial, municipal, healthcare, and educational clients on all aspects of environmental, health and safety regulatory compliance.
Some of your projects would include planning, permitting, reporting, and auditing with respect to RCRA, Clean Air Act, EPCRA, TURA, SPCC, DOT, OSHA, Clean Water Act, and stormwater.

What do you need?

You will need a BS degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field with exposure to state and federal regulations for environmental health and safety.
It would be helpful to have 1-3 years of internship or full-time work experience or equivalent education.
If you had strong data analysis and reporting skills, that would be a plus.

The starting salary for candidates with a Bachelor's degree is, $61,776; and the starting salary for candidates with a Master's degree is, $65,936.
