The Opportunity As an E2E Product Management Intern, you'll assist with the prioritization, planning, and execution of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
This role is for individuals passionate about Sales processes, Sales Data Management, and the technical capabilities of CRM and CPQ systems.
You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Partner Programs to resolve day-to-day issues and prioritize critical business requirements.
By partnering closely with System Analysts and Development teams, you will craft, develop, and deliver technology solutions that provide world-class user experiences.
What You'll Do Partner with the business to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions by improving the user experience and day-to-day efficiencyCommunicate and align with internal partners on plans and launchesLead the planning and delivery of run-the-business needs and larger technology initiativesCollaborate with other Product Managers to deliver interdependent solutions and initiativesPartner with teams that own and manage integrated systemsFacilitate process improvement sessions to synthesize findings and feedback into an informed experience designOversee delivery work across multiple scrum teams and CRM systemsMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, handling competing requests from various stakeholders and user groupsSupport sprint planning and other scrum eventsContribute to the Product Roadmap and own the Delivery PlanLeverage Adobe's strategic data assets to deliver trusted insights that drive business outcomes, promoting our data-driven decision-making culture.What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Systems Engineering; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2025Interests in sales processes, sales operations, and the integration of enterprise systems with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Willingness to work with Agile methodology and within scrum teamsSelf-starter that thrives in the face of challengesProven track record of operating effectively with general mentorship on new projectsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as communicate effectively with individual contributors, management, and executive leadershipExperience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools is a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this positionis $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly.
