2025 Store Manager Accelerator Program - Expression of InterestReady for a new challenge? Coles has introduced a career-defining retail leadership program to transform passionate retail leaders into our next generation of Store Managers.
Grow your career as a retail leader with a place in our Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP)!
The Store Manager Accelerator Program has been created for high potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role with Coles.
As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.
The 6-month program prepares you to lead with full support and allows for room for growth.
Upon completion, you'll be fully ready to take on the role of Store Manager, with the opportunity to lead over 100 employees and advance further in your retail career.
You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.
