2025 Summer Internship – Client Solutions & Analytics Analyst, US Internship positions are located at PIMCO's Newport Beach, CA Headquarters We are PIMCO, a leading global asset management firm.

At PIMCO, the Client Solutions and Analytics ("Solutions") team seeks to generate objective, actionable insights to help our clients improve portfolio outcomes.
In pursuit of this goal, the team works closely with a wide spectrum of clients, including Public Pensions, Endowments, Sovereign Wealth funds and financial advisors to understand their needs, analyze their portfolios, and make recommendations.
As part of this team, you would partner with account managers, product specialists, and portfolio managers throughout this process and leverage quantitative analyses, financial modeling, and data-driven research to support the team's efforts.
You're eligible to apply if you: Are pursuing an undergraduate degree with a major in Business/Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or applied scienceMust be able to begin full time employment from a PIMCO office between January 2026 – August 2026Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2025 semester (August 2025 – December 2025)Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) at an accredited 4-year college or universityFluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)Must be willing to work in Newport Beach, CAYou'll excel as an Analyst if you have: An interest in the financial markets, investing, and macroeconomics,Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAn analytical, detail-oriented skill setProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong time management and organization skillsThe ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel both internally and externallySee yourself as an Analyst: As a member of the Client Solutions and Analytics Team you'll have the opportunity to partner with clients and develop expertise across a wide range of asset allocation and portfolio management topics.
You will gain a strong understanding of portfolio construction and risk analyses applied across a wide spectrum of partners.
You will also gain exposure to the business of investment management across market segments.

Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Hourly Rate: $ 43.26
