Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer experiencesAssisting store manager with various daily tasks on siteManage site in absence of store managerComplete management paperwork accuratelyOversee training of cashiersWriting, receiving, and stocking orders for siteOversee employees on shiftAct as a communicator between cashiers and management teamCritical inventory countsFollow and enforce company's policies and procedures Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skillsValid driver's license with reliable transportationRetail management experience preferred, but not requiredAble to lift/carry 20+lbsAble to work nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to be on call for staffing issues or emergencies
