ARSIEM is looking for an experienced Python Analytic Developer 2. This position will support one of our government clients in Linthicum, MD.
\n ResponsibilitiesUse leading-edge technologies to develop analytics, pulling data from multiple cyber sources, ELINT, and TechSIGINT.Develop prototypes answering new questions as well as providing better answers to existing questions based on customer directionPartner with tool developers, mission leads, and tradecraft experts to identify organizational business needs to create analytics that capture relevant metric data as they relate to metric collectionProvide development support to analytic front ends to verify conformity and performance to proposed GUI designs.Ability to manage, organize, and clean up existing code and perform unit testing. Minimum QualificationsAt least 8 years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in software-intensive projects and programs for government or industry customers.At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer supporting software architecture development, requirement analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and existing systems).A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline may be substituted for four years of general experience. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the positionComputer Science (CS) degree or related fieldStrong Python skills using Pandas, developing software in Red Hat Linux (versions 3 – 5+)Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
\nClearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
