Job Details: This is a second shift position, and the hours are from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am Overtime is typical Starting pay for this position, including a shift premium, ranges from $16 - $18/hour All positions are safety sensitive . A safety sensitive position is any position designated in writing by an employer, in which a person performing the position while under the influence of marijuana may constitute a threat to health or safety . Qualified candidates will be asked to submit to drug testing. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Spray Gelcoat, check for proper millage, read orders, and apply corresponding color requested. Keep work area clean and orderly. Work with a team to complete daily tasks. Must be able to wear full mask respirator. Be able to use small hand tools including gelcoat gun, razor knife and scissors etc. Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards. Qualifications Essential qualifications include: Must meet physical requirements such as heavy lifting, bending, twisting Must be able to handle chemicals (gelcoat, fiberglass, and resin.) Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to follow directions from supervisors Personal Protective Equipment- Safety Glasses, full- mask respirator, Tyvek protection suit.
