The Inspector is responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements.
QualificationsInspect products following company and industry standards Achieve inspection department targets Utilize different measuring tools, as well as perform calibration on inspection instruments Complete all paperwork associated with the job packet neatly and accurately following Smalley Good Documentation Practices Provide material handling support or any other function as needed Requirements: Authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis Experience working in a manufacturing or related environment Proven experience working as a Quality Control Inspector preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Knowledge/Expertise Measuring parts with precision instruments including micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, etc.
