Monitor the daily output from the line and ensure that Quality product is delivered to the customer. Manage the conforming and non-conforming material in the shopfloor including identification, disposition, reporting and escalating quality related issues. Report any deviations, unusual discrepancies or quality problems promptly to Quality Tehcnician and Engineer. Participate and assist in identifying, investigating, and processing corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, product non-conformance, returned goods authorizations and participate on quality improvement teams. Maintain assigned paperwork and files for all quality related correspondence. Promotes a zero defects philosophy and encourages a quality-based mindset to all involved departments and throughout the company. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner, including returning tools to designated areas. Record, and report to Quality Engineers unsafe working conditions, quality, or production issues as soon as it arises. Detail and data oriented Decision making on the product's disposition according to specifications. Effective communication skills to promote quality assurance throughout the company Ability to work in teams Dependable Assure quality of products and compliance of customer specific requirements. Work overtime if needed to meet production needs. Immediately report safety issues. Active participation in actions to improve the quality of the products.
