THE POSITION Responsible for maintaining production flow plastic extrusion lines with the aim of a high machine and system availability, general production housekeeping, and personnel supervision on respective shifts. Monitor quality of the product being produced on respective shifts and ensure that all paperwork is accurately completed.
THE TASKS Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Proper training of personnel to operate, adjust, and maintain extrusion lines to maximize capacity. Technical and disciplinary management of his subordinate employees Maintenance of the relevant key figures for the respective area Compliance with occupational safety and health and safety Ensure order and cleanliness within the department Ensure compliance with standards, work and procedural instructions within the department Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION Technical training or relevant professional experience in the field of plastic extrusion Experience in dealing with plastics processing machines IT knowledge Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Strong Leadership abilities WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT It's time to embrace your next challenge!
