**Description** ** _Summary:_**The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care for the comfortand well-being of patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) prepares equipment andassists physician during examinations and treatments. The Registered Nurse(RN) administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, andmonitors patient vital signs. The Registered Nurse (RN) observes and maintainsrecords on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress.The Registered Nurse (RN) participates as primary nurse, associate nurse, ateam member or team leader in the planning and implementing of patient care.The Registered Nurse (RN) directs and assists in carrying out safe aseptictechnique and procedures. The Registered Nurse (RN) offers leadership anddirection to all support staff within department.The Cardiac Cath Lab consists of 6 angiographic suites, one of those beingdedicated to Electrophysiology Procedures (EP), as well as a Hybrid OR suite.We do 4000 diagnostic and 900 interventional cardiology and peripheralprocedures annually. Our procedures include RightLeft Heart Catheterizations,percutaneous coronaryperipheral interventions, AAA stent repairs,Transcutaneous Aortic Valve Repair (TAVR), EP Ablations, and pacemakerICDimplants. We are a member of the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care, withdoor-to-balloon times of 60 minutes. Our employees have a combined experiencelevel of well over 200 years on the team.**_Requirements:_****EducationSkills** * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
