$300K Base Plus Production And Quality Bonuses - Cincy Area

Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for ages 12 and under.
This is an outpatient position that does not require call or weekends.
You will work 4 days per week with one of those being a late night.
You will have 40 total hours with 36 patient contact hours.
You will have on average 45-60 minutes intakes and 20-30 minutes for follow-ups.

Practice details include: $300-325K Annual Salary Production Bonus: $40 per encounter for every encounter greater than 240 per month. Quality Bonus: $23,000 potential based on quality goals CME: $2,800.00 annually License & Association Fees: Up to $1,800 a year reimbursement Health/Dental/Vision/Life: Organization pays a portion of all 401k - $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and .50cents for $1 on 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income.
This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately. Time Off: 240 Hours of PTO (PTO must be used for any CME absence) 10 Paid Holidays (including your birthday) Earn additional extended illness time: caps at 6 weeks Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility Production Goals: Average daily patient volume >14-15 minimum NP Collaborative Agreements $1,000 per KBN agreement annually up to 5 collaborative agreements.
