24hr Call 6a-6a: $3000 (all-inclusive, no call back)
OR Hours usually 7a-4p: $350/hr
Night Call: $300 fixed;

Coverage Need Details:
Provider will be on 24hr call for every shift that they work. Provider will be working in the OR during the day but will still be responsible for surgeries. Once they have completed surgeries or if a surgery is cancelled, they will go offsite and take call (must be 30 mins response time).

Notes re: Call: Average callback: 0-2, very limited as Cole is a critical access hospital. Mainly would be OB; most other cases are held until the next morning for nights.
UPDATE regarding call: There is no clinic for anesthesia, just the OR in the hospital. There will not be days that they do not have scheduled ORs. Fridays and Wednesdays are light, but still have scheduled surgeries during this time.
Providers Typical Day: UPMC Cole has four (4) operating room suites, an endoscopy lab, and a minor procedure room. The 5,500 surgical procedures performed annually are derived from orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, pain management, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, and gastroenterology.

APP Mid-level coverage available. Their shift times are 6a-6p.
* Other Specialties are Available On-Site: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Pain Management, podiatry, urology, gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology. Epidurals: Site only has 200-250 births a year. You might have 3-5 epidurals a week. Sometimes more, occasionally none. Will not attend all deliveries. They are only required to come in to place epidurals if requested, not monitor. They are required to come in for c-sections.
Supervisions of CRNA? Yes, they will oversee the CRNAs in the daylight hours for scheduled surgeries. 3-4, depending on case volume.
