They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.Starting Wage = $33.50/hour + performance raises!Work Schedule = 2-2-7-3 (3-day weekend every other week)3rd Shift (Night) = 10:50pm - 7:00am ResponsibilitiesRespond and react to mechanical issues in the production environment in a timely and efficient manner.Complete maintenance projects - PM tasks and work orders as assigned.Read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.Write parts requests, complete work orders, and write corrective work ordersFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Keep a clean work areaPerform building inspections and routinesCommunicate with other team membersPerform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessaryRequirementsMinimum 4 years work experience in a maintenance environment.Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Must have a basic understanding of AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, and photoeyes / sensors, etc.Knowledge of conveyance a strong plus.Must be computer literate.Familiarity with CMMS work order systemsFood manufacturing background a plus with an understanding of FDA requirementsMust have good attention to detail. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.Should be able to understand blueprints and drawingsMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionMust be able to work at heights from ladders or scissor liftsMust be able to make decisionsShould have a working knowledge of the following:Welding, Machining, Plumbing, Pipefitting, ElectricityMust be able to work around very strong magnetsMust be able to speak, read, and write EnglishWhat is the recipe for a great career at FGF?  Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
