Job title: 3rd shift Production Supervisor
Location: Eastlake
Shift: 3rd (midnight to 8 am)
Salary: $24 plus based on experience
Job duties:
Manage and guide team to meet performance expectations Ensure safe, secure and healthy work environment Enter data into computer system Assist in training and onboarding of new associates As needed assist in the operation of CNC, Extrusion, Winding and Boxing machines As needed quality check parts with gages and other measuring tools
Requirements Previous supervisor experience Previous CNC, Extrusion, Winding or Boxing machine experience a plus Good computer skills Must be a team player and have the ability to work alone. Must be able to be a self-starter and have strong work ethics Ability to meet deadlines and have good organization skills Must have high school diploma or GED Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
