Our client is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their U.S. tech team. The role focuses on providing technical support to customers, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to team-driven technical projects. This position reports to the Lead Applications Engineer and offers the chance to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person communication and track interactions using the JIRA ticketing system.Assist customers in optimizing system performance for the best overall experience.Escalate issues to internal engineering teams when necessary.Perform onsite system installations, including physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing.Deliver training courses to customers and partners.Maintain in-depth knowledge of current technologies and customer use cases.Support customer technical demonstrations.Travel requirements: up to 50%, with 25% typical.Must Have's: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.Proficiency in Linux environments with a solid understanding of networking, systems, and software.Experience with networked devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare, or machine learning/artificial intelligence systems.Strong customer-facing skills and ability to perform under high-pressure technical environments.A commitment to staying updated on the latest tools, technologies, and methods in the field.Nice to Have's: Experience in the defense industry or relevant fields such as medical, aerospace, or IT is highly favorable. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
