About the Role: In this role, the Store Manager will be responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee & tea, strong leadership skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays).
Salary Range: $25.50 per hour
Location: Westminster, CA (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities: In the Store Manager role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:
Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer through effective management of store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development. Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations and increase profitability. Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements. Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth. Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe operations. Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated individuals to create a positive impact in their community. Collaborate with District Managers to make effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base. Requirements and Qualifications: Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county. Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills to coach and develop team members. Sales-focused mindset. Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback. Able to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously while achieving established service levels. Ability to deliver constructive feedback and guide conflict resolution. Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization. At least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience. Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking. Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
