We are seeking a candidate for the position of 9902 Temporary Creative Support Coordinator in the Information Design Department.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION
In a temporary status, provide support to the SEPTA Store and e-commerce site preparing photography services and creative design.
Aid in implementing strategic procedures to improve operations and reach maximum productivity.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Research current trends and promotions of local businesss and transit agencies and develop sales and promotions to increase sales traffic.
Photograph merchandise in still and lifestyle formats.
Edit photos and prepare for approval by management.
Design SEPTA-branded merchandise for retail store using logos, vehicle pictures, and line designs.
Interfaces with other departments (such as Legal, Transit Operations, Planning, Marketing, Graphic Services, Printing Services, and Purchasing) to support the development of merchandise and programs that promote the store.
Complies with all Authority and departmental safety and security policies and procedures as well as all applicable job safety responsibilities.
Reports any safety concerns, compromises or hazards affecting operations, the public self and/or other employees.
Responsible for personal safety and is encouraged to promote the safety of others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED.
Three (3) years of photography and creative design experience required.
Knowledge of Shopify and Clover POS systems desired.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
An in-depth knowledge of SEPTA services, service areas, and customers preferred.
Strong administrative and organizational skills required.
Excellent time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
Computer-related skills inlcuding Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at once and stand for prolonged periods.
