We're seeking a Microsoft solutions expert with a well-rounded background in design, implementation, and support. Your experience in areas like Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, Azure Identity, and Device Management will be instrumental in managing Merger and Acquisition scenarios.

As a Solution Architect Consultant, you are part of a high-performance consulting team that has become a trusted advisor to almost all its clients. Your role will range from independently designing and delivering consulting engagements for clients to being part of a larger delivery team.
This is a remote-first position with occasional travel to customers and monthly in-person team meetings.
Responsibilities Work with a team in delivering projects to Agility customers on time and on budget, while meeting or exceeding client expectationsWork with customers to understand project and technical requirementsDevelop and execute technical migration and upgrade plansHelp support, manage technical solutions and infrastructuresExecute projects ranging from small 20 user deployments to large and complex deployments involving over 100,000 usersProvide direct support to assigned customersLearn emerging collaboration technologies and maintain a passion for learningGain awesome experience while working with a fun, yet established and high performing consulting team with a wide range of skillsDevelop relationships with customer teams, most notably decision makersQualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of higher educational experience3-5 years of experience in progressive Information Technology environments3-5 years consulting experience (requirement)Ability to work independently with minimal management supervisionAbility to manage challenging technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising, and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.Work very well in team environments, reporting progress/status simultaneously to customers and your teammatesTake responsibility for the success of a project and ownership of deliverablesSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, set expectations, and meet deadlinesTechnical Skills: Modern Workplace & Management: Expertise in modern collaboration tools like Teams, M365 applications, OneDrive, and SharePoint.Desktop & Server Management: Experience with SCCM, Endpoint Manager, Co-Management, policy & application deployment, and AutoPilot.
