JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Lead Technician is responsible for performing and leading projects regarding inspection, test, repair, maintenance, and service of aircraft using test equipment and hand tools as needed to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications. In addition, this technician will oversee assigned technicians.
SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (minimum 40 hours per week)
SIGN-ON BONUS Up to $15,000 depending on relevant airframe experience

The employee is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Must have the ability for climbing and bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working at heights; Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead.
