This position will be a contract role onsite in Trenton, NJ.What You'll DoPrepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live eventsCollaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired sound\videoTroubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video and IT equipmentTravel to alternative work office locations (Newark, Trenton, Cherry Hill regions) may be required based on the event calendar and schedulingWhat You'll NeedRequired:3 years' experience with sound dynamics and acoustics3 years' audio\video production experience in various audio\video technologies and software5 years' hands-on Window OS Help Desk experience3 years' experience troubleshooting technical issues related to audio, videoE years' experience documenting processes and associated materials and in providing knowledge transfer5 years' experience Troubleshoot technical issues related to PC HardwareStrong understanding of sound dynamics and acousticsHands on, helpdesk experience within the Windows environmentExperience with virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex and assisting with the hosting of meetingsProven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot both A/V and PC related technical issuesAbility to work with senior management supporting events and cope with a fast-changing environmentThe ability to work as a team or independentlyThe ability to prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, train staff, presenters, and technical staff etc.The ability to document processes and associated materials and support knowledge transferPreferred:Prior local government experienceExperience with Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe and CamtasiaPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor#LI-KW1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to ****** or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
