R.N. Case Manager (Full-time): Visit patients in their homes in the Pueblo area. Degree in nursing and Colorado state license required, as well as current C.P.R. certification. Must pass background and drug test. Competitive pay with benefits is offered for this position.
C.N.A.'s (Evenings & Weekends): To visit patients in their homes in the Pueblo area. Colorado state license required, as well as current C.P.R. certification. Must pass background and drug test. Competitive pay is offered for this position.
