Currently we are looking for a Guest Services Receptionist to join our ABRA Auto Body and Glass team.The Guest Service Receptionist (GSR) is responsible for providing superior customer service to ABRA guests throughout the repair process. Responsible for supporting ABRA's sales and guest communication processes and helps to manage the center's volume of work-in-process (WIP).ABRA Auto Body & Glass is an EEO/AA/Veterans/Disabled employer.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.Pay: Starting at $16.00 an hour- typically has overtimeWe Offer:Great Working EnvironmentCareer AdvancementPaid TrainingFlexible PTO PlanSick Leave PlanMedical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental InsuranceLife Insurance- Employer Paid401(k) with Company Matching after 1 yearEmployee DiscountsChristmas Club Savings/Matching AccountHoliday PayDiscounted Anytime Fitness MembershipResponsibilities:Consistently follows ABRA's sales process and gathers customer information and provides customer with basic information about ABRA's services.Monitors work volume scheduled for center and when schedule is full, submits load level requests to ABRA's centralized call center in alignment with the appropriate direct repair program (DRP) guidelines.Maintains a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.Responsible adhering to ABRA's standards for managing customer payments and maintaining accounts receivable collection balances.Actively participates in the repair center's morning board meetings to relates status of assigned vehicles and prioritize work efficiently to meet deadlines.In conjunction with the Customer Service Manager, effectively problem-solves if customer cannot pick up vehicle when completed to reduce length of rental (LOR).Assists in carrying out ABRA's process on customer communication throughout the repair process. Ensures that all customers understand the CSI "10" survey process.Keeps personal work organized and maintains the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and restrooms in the repair center.Provides general administrative support to the General Manager and Customer Service Manager positions.Performs other duties as required.Requirements:Prior experience working in an auto body, repair shop, or dealership setting preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated computer/software proficiency.Ability to respectfully and professionally relate to diverse audience.Demonstrated detail orientation, prefer experience in managing accounts receivable.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment.Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any guest or company vehicle.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.Upbeat and positive attitude is a must.Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.Position is based in a normal office environment however; may be exposed to fumes, chemicals, high levels of dust, and noise in repair center. Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs. Required to wear protective equipment when necessary.
