What we offer:Compensation: Base salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, depending on education and experience.Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.00 to support your move.Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous PTO and paid holidays.Flexible Schedule: Adaptable work schedule aligned with the school division calendar.Tuition Reimbursement: Financial support for continuing education.Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, along with Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company contributions.Job Responsibilities:Assist in establishing and enforcing high academic and behavioral standards.Collaborate with leadership on school improvement initiatives and curriculum oversight.Supervise and evaluate teachers and Life Coaches.Manage student academic progress, ensuring adherence to IEPs.Coordinate and administer state and College Board assessments.Lead professional development and support classroom management.Oversee day-to-day operations, including extended school year programs.Qualifications:Minimum of five years of administrative or leadership experience at the school or district level.Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups, including students, families, and staff.Experience in educating students with differentiated instruction needs and emotional/learning challenges.Master's Degree in Special Education preferred.Connecticut Certificate for Administration and Supervision (092) required.Demonstrated passion for teaching, leading, and collaborative teamwork.Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school community.New Story and its affiliated schools are proud to be equal opportunity employers, celebrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
