_________________________________________________________ ***THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS*** About this Role: The Access Control Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining the security of the company's facilities and resources. This role involves monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas, ensuring that only authorized personnel can enter. Additionally, the Access Control Operator may handle security systems, respond to security incidents, and maintain records of access control activities.
What You'll Do: Manage access control credentials within an enterprise level access control platform, including processing access requests, printing identification cards and troubleshooting access issues for employees. Contact remote site owners regarding system alerts for door concerns which occur outside of authorized use hours.Respond to requests for information from employees, customers and vendors and escalate any reported concerns. Compile report data to assist with personnel reviews conducted by Human Resources or SecurityReceive phone and system notifications related to possible emergency situations and follow documented procedures to escalate the concern. Do You Have: Excellent customer service skills.Experience working with electronic access control software.Familiarity with CCTV platforms for video review and support.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday's shift is 4pm-12am Central Time Zone)Ability to multitask. Ability to thrive in emergency response situations.Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. This is a safety sensitive position.
