The Account Coordinator will receive training from every area in the agency (Accounts Service, Sales, Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Web Content, Creative, Accounting). This position reports to the Director or Account Services.

An eagerness for continuous learningAttention to detail (must be very detail oriented)Excellent communication skillsAn eagerness to generate ideas and work in a team environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Email)Organizational and follow through skillsOwnership of tasks and time management skillsExperience in a project management tool such as Asana is preferredBachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field is preferred2 years of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required Responsibilities include:
Attend agency and client zoom meetings as necessaryAssist with meeting preparation, including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating PowerPoint (Google Slides) presentationsCoordination with agency members for account services, production, digital, media & billingManagement of broadcast & digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvalsQA'ing production and agency assetsDaily internal & client communicationLogging, distributing & managing meeting notes and action itemsTask management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on timeVarious tasks related to online reputation and social media, digital reporting, team meetings, and more
