Job Summary: As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Account Manager and assist in maintaining strong relationships with multiple brand partners and the Field Team to improve client retention, program profitability, and success. You will be the liaison between the brands and the Field Team, requiring strong communication skills across all brands and internal departments.
To excel in this position, you must be professional and highly organized with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A passion for all categories within beauty color, skincare, hair, sun, nails, and devices is a MUST and you must be obsessed with success!
The Account Coordinator will report to the Account Manager. This position is onsite at our company headquarters in Newport Beach, CA, and is not a remote or work-from-home position.
\n Job Duties:Ensure the timely delivery of new client launch materials and ensure they are saved for all to access.Gather and save sales reports from brands weekly and disperse to the necessary internal contact(s) for reporting.Track, prepare, and maintain all Field Team gratis shipments and deliverables.Complete survey trends and assist in gathering necessary information in preparation for status reports and weekly/bi-weekly client calls.Track Field Team questions from surveys and ensure the necessary answers from clients are gathered and feedback is provided to the Field Team.Assist the Education department in preparing necessary communication to the Field Team.Communicate all client sales goal information to Field Sales Management.Maintain and add client door list and run feasibility.Maintain internal documents to track contest and incentive rotation, promos, marketing, important dates, new product launches, monthly training for each brand, etc.Partner with internal teams to ensure all client commitments are properly articulated.Gather Field Team feedback and information in response to client requests.Attend client/retailer meetings as necessary and act as a backup point person.Build and maintain relationships with assigned client partners.
