We have an opening for an Account Director within our growing Enterprise team. As a relatively new division of our organization, the enterprise team is responsible for managing and growing programmatic revenue with holding company and enterprise brand businesses.  The Account Director will lead our sales efforts, driving growth and fostering strong relationships with our key clients. You will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, ensuring we meet and exceed our revenue goals.  A successful Account Director must have a clear understanding of the client's long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to further grow the client's business with StackAdapt. You'll work closely with StackAdapt Account Managers to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships. StackAdapt is a remote first company. We will be prioritizing candidates located in Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Minneapolis, and Michigan for this role.
\n What you'll be doing:Identifying, pitching, and closing media and platform sales deals with holding company agencies and brandsTake lead in responding to RFP's or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategyEstablish and cultivate relationships with top executives at advertising agencies and their associated brandsEngage in discussions about product development based on client feedback with senior stakeholders across sales, product and engineeringManage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunitiesPartner with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationshipsShowcase the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrationsAccurately manage and communicate quarterly forecasts and pipeline What you'll bring to the table:5-10+ years experience at a DSP, SSP, publisher, ad network, ad server, or digital agencyStrong established network and relationships with decision-makers at hold-co advertising agencies, independent agencies, and brandsA solutions oriented approach: ability to understand and communicate customer challenges and pain points and navigate internally to help solve challengesA deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and DSP dynamicsAbility to travel to meet with customers in-market and conduct senior-level presentationsStrong communication, presentations skills, and story-telling abilityCurious, eager to learn, and consistent strive for excellenceProven track record of exceeding revenue expectationsPrevious experience selling programmatic advertisingEstablished network within Agency holding companies, large independents, and/or enterprise brands directly StackAdapters enjoy:Highly competitive salary + commission structure401K matching3 weeks vacation + 3 personal care days + 1 Culture & Belief day + birthdays offAccess to a comprehensive mental health care platformHealth benefits from day one of employmentWork from home reimbursementsOptional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home officeRobust training and onboarding programCoverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc)Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learningAn awesome parental leave policyA friendly, welcoming, and supportive cultureOur social and team events!
