* Monitor industry and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications: * 10-15 years of experience in creative production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and client relationships.
* Proven success in growing business with existing accounts and expanding client portfolios.
* In-depth understanding of the creative production industry, including current trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
