The Position
Taking the time to really understand each of your accounts, you'll have a keen eye on the finer details whilst always keeping the bigger picture in mind. You'll spend your time coordinating resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of each of your projects.
You'll manage various moving parts at once, collaborating with those around you with the skill to ensure that everyone feels united and supported – quickly becoming a key part of ensuring the smooth running and overall success of accounts.
You'll be a clear communicator both on the page and in person, working hard to build relationships from the ground up. You'll be quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information, a real source of wisdom for your clients and your team too.
What We're Looking For
Creative and proactive, with a real passion for delivering the highest level of client services. It's important you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once and collaborating with key clients with ease. Our ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of agency experience, working across exciting accounts including CPG brands, in-store execution projects and print production. This role is all about finding the right person, so we're open to a temp-to-perm set-up if needed. Whether you're an Account Director looking to spread their wings, or a Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career, as long as you're dedicated, imaginative, and working in a PST time zone, we want to hear from you!
