The Role and What You'll Do: 160over90 is seeking an Account Director, Client Development that will lead a dedicated agency team responsible for managing the Payment Services client activation programs, with a core focus on client sponsorship initiatives. Position will be located in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Senior Vice President.
Overall management of client development efforts in connection with client's global sponsorshipsProvide consultation to key client groups to help drive client engagement via sponsorship activation platformsWork with various client stakeholders and oversee asset allocations, tracking and management of client opportunitiesSupport development, implementation, and execution of large-scale custom campaigns and activations (from multi-media channels to experiential programs)Support ideation and implementation of client engagement strategiesAssist in developing and delivering client engagement products and solutions (creative playbooks, new hospitality product, loyalty platform solution)Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple client stakeholders, including strategic guidance for worldwide teamsOversee development of project management tools, including workback timelines, status reports and budgetsWork cross-functionally with other Agency business units to develop and implement programsLiaise with Agency teams to manage approval of creative elements, preparation of client marketing activation presentationsCreate and foster a collaborative environment acting as the global hub for synergies and collaborationProvide oversight and management of activation success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and recaps as necessaryManage the on-going internal and external process of opening budgets, CRM tracking and providing payments to vendorsLead and mentor direct reports while providing property expertise, guidance, and insightProvide overall support to VP and SVP on overarching account management and planningYou Have These: Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 8-10 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experienceSports sponsorship experience required, with a strong preference for those with global (Olympic, FIFA) and/or US Sports league experience (NFL, MLB, etc.)Client service and account management experience working with payment companies, finance, or retail banking a plusPrior experience in managing the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of a client or companyPrior experience managing a team/individualsPrior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendorsUnderstanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logisticsProven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive resultsCapable of managing multiple projects independently and diligently while delivering under time pressure towards pre-defined goalsAbility to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skillsEnthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approachAbility to work flexible hours and travel on occasionProficient in MS Office SuiteHow we work: Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business. Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings. Hiring Range Minimum: $112,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum: $150,000 annually
