The Moran Group is seeking an Account Director / Sr. Account Manager in the Raleigh, Greenville, Asheville, or Charlotte markets.
This person will lead the marketing strategy of a group of clients, will coordinate execution with the internal agency team, and provide top-notch customer service to clients.

These duties involve communicating directly with clients, as directed by the Account Executive.
This job is a remote position, with the office headquartered in Baton Rouge.

Qualifications:
Overall marketing and advertising strategic knowledge
In-depth digital knowledge
Experience in automotive (either previously working at a dealership or working with automotive clients)
Experience speaking to and presenting to dealer principals and general managers/automotive decision-makers
Ten years experience at an advertising or marketing agency or media station
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications/Advertising Preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop and build strong relationships with a set of clients, internal team, and partners
Strategy oversight of specified client accounts
Effectively communicate strategy, results, and ongoing status items to the client
Develop strategic recommendations for assigned clients with the help of internal teams
Set monthly ad calls with clients
Drive agenda of monthly calls, lead calls, review digital portion of calls and overall recommendations; revise presentations as needed
Communicate action items with clients after calls; keep clients updated on progress
Project tracking for all requests from clients
Internal monthly calls to review client needs and areas of improvement
Stay up to date with various brand co-op regulations
Manage and provide monthly co-op updates
Answer any client questions on billing
Utilize competitor info to help determine areas of opportunities
Interpret marketing research and develop action items

Effective Communicator
Relationship Builder
Highly proficient in Google Drive Products - GoogleSheets, Google Slides, etc.
Familiarity with dealership website providers
Ability to articulate a rationale for marketing and media recommendations to clients
