\n What You'll Do: Create lead generation programs to the ICPManage the full sales process from prospecting to closeBuild a robust pipeline to meet/ exceed the company monthly goals and objectivesConduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations aligned to the needs of the specific prospect requirementsProvide insights into market trends, competitive products and potential customer feedback to improve the product capabilities and refine future sales strategiesHelp develop the Sales playbook to create repeatable and scalable methodologies  What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field2-4 years B2B full cycle SaaS sales experienceOutbound prospecting skillsStrong multi -threading relationship management expertise within complex sales cyclesAbility to understand deep technical aspects of solutions and convey value to non-technical usersPrior experience in the Legal or AI SaaS space highly desiredProven track record of exceeding sales quotasTeam player who will work collaboratively across the company to achieve desired outcomesSelf-starter who excels at mutli-tasking simultaneous initiatives within a fast paced environmentPreviously worked in a Seed or Series A/B companyExcellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills What We Offer: A remote-first work environment Competitive compensation package with uncapped commissionsEquity stock optionsOpportunity to make a real impactUnlimited PTO
