As an Account Executive on the commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business specifically within mid-marker enterprises, building upon Windfall's impressive list of customer logos across financial services, travel, hospitality, retail, and other consumer businesses. Each deal will be approached with care, using a custom methodology that is complex and consultative in nature. We're on a mission to change how organizations perceive and use people data. \n Responsibilities:Research prospective customers and execute strategic outreach into ideal accountsBuild pipeline through outbound prospecting, attending trade shows, and leveraging online platforms to identify and engage potential clientsUse consultative selling techniques to offer a unique perspective on each customer's business; understand pain points across industries, and sell solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to ensure the ideal customer solution with the Windfall platformIndependently build presentation decks and conduct prospective customer research to present at the executive level with polish, poise, and confidence Diligently manage pipeline to ensure quota attainment on a consistent basisNegotiate, structure, price, and efficiently close deals Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3 years at the Account Executive level, with consultative technology sales experience with a verified track record of exceeding quotaExtensive understanding of data and its many applications/use casesAmbitious, driven, and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage time effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to remain focused in the face of many competing interestsExtensive experience with outbound prospecting, cultivating and multi-threading accounts, and building a robust pipelineExtensive experience with sales tools - Salesforce, Outreach/Groove, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from a top-tier universityExperience selling in a high-growth startup environmentSolid understanding of the data businesses, paid marketing, and data analyticsUnderstanding of the digital marketing, adtech, and martech ecosystems - specifically as it relates to its various social & digital channels (Google, FB, Linkedin, etc.)Understanding of CRM technology & APIs
