ONSITE OPPORTUNITY This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.
POSITION OVERVIEW To be successful in this role, the Account Executive I will be responsible for learning the basics of SaaS sales. This role is an inside sales representative that will place outbound calls to real estate agents, agent teams, and brokerages seeking to purchase the iHomefinder products.
\n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSWork directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services in order to persuade prospects to purchaseEducate customers on product offerings and services to improve their "online presence", explain pricing and answering their questions about our solutionsFollow up with customers via telephone or email in a timely mannerIdentify customer issues and provide resolution to issues for our customersConsistently meet departmental sales goals of monthly revenue generated from sales activities while maintaining targeted customer satisfaction ratesContinue to build your proficiency in our products, services, and processes to improve sales effectivenessMaintain accurate daily record of sales activity in SalesforcePerforms other duties as requested by management SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree or equivalent experience is preferredAn entrepreneurial spirit. Taking the initiative to hit – then exceed – individual goalsPolished written and verbal communication skills are a mustPrior experience working in a high paced, evolving environmentStrong customer focus Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to nurture, track and report on leadExperience with or a desire to learn software-as-a-service salesGood organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environmentAbility to manage sensitive and critical client informationPrevious sales experience is a plus
\n$20.43 - $20.43 an hour
This role is required to report to an office in Eugene, Oregon as a full-time employee, and pays a $20.43 per hour with an OTE of $85,000.
