What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions throughout the sales cycle.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to support team targets, ensure alignment and customer satisfaction, while setting and achieving individual sales goals.Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, product demos, and proposals and advice highlighting the benefits and value of ClearStar, Inc. offerings while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Develop creative and innovative solutions to overcome challenges or obstacles in the sales process and ensure successful deal closures.Analyze sales data, market & industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to contribute insights for product development/improvement and identify growth opportunities.
What You'll Need:
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.
Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
