As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding our business accounts and acquiring new winery customers. This is a dynamic, high-energy role in which you will bring the transformative power of modern winery operating technology to small to mid-sized accounts, building InnoVint's business and helping wineries operate as thriving businesses. You will own and manage the sales cycle from prospect to close to ensure InnoVint's growth within this market segment. Typical sales cycles are 30-90 days, and involve in-depth product demos, multiple stakeholders, pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.
ResponsibilitiesThis sales role reliant on outbound proficiency and deal execution. The activities you'll focus on include:
Educate, strategize, and successfully sell InnoVint's cloud-based platform to winery operators and leadership in production, finance, and compliance departments both in person and remotelyGain business knowledge through researching how different wineries operate, their leadership structures, and business challenges they face every dayBecome an expert in InnoVint's platform and the wine industry, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit clients needs – asking probing questions and overcoming objections and rejection will be critical to your success!Experience with strategic prospecting using research, personalization, and networking in the wine industry through cold calls, email outreach, and creative touchpointsClearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospectsStrong execution of bottom-up and top-down sales motions based on account architectureMaintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve monthly quotaA strong understanding of the winemaking process and the industry as a whole is strongly encouragedDeal sizes will typically range from $3-50KRequirementsBased on the West Coast (California, Oregon, or Washington) and able to spend time in territory2+ years of experience in vertical b2b SaaS sales, 6 months – 1 year + of relevant closing experience in full-cycle sales rolesProven track record of consistent quota achievementExperience with modern SaaS sales tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platformsUnderstands and can execute both inbound and outbound selling strategies from prospecting to closeExperience with cold calling – no fear of the phone!Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversightWinery industry experience – deep understanding of winegrowing, winemaking, and/or selling wine strongly encouragedA passion for winemaking and/or enough industry experience to discuss wine production techniques and winery business workflows with production teams and winery leadershipMust demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to collaborate with teammates in the selling processWho You AreYou should apply if:

Some of your prospects will be out in the vineyard or in the cellar, and winery decision-makers vary and are trickier to identify. Compensation and Benefits:InnoVint's compensation program delivers above-market total compensation based on role, level, and geography, with annual salary ranging from $100,000-$140,000 OTE. Total compensation includes base salary, uncapped bonus/variable, and stock options (ISOs), as well as a benefits package including:
