Title: Account Executive
Reports to: VP, Sales & Solutions
Location: Hybrid (Oakbrook Terrace, IL for quarterly meetings and as needed for client and team meetings)

Sales and Revenue Generation Identify prospect, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals to drive revenue growth.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets.Client Relationship ManagementAct as a main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their needs.Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement with active clients.Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights and prepare accurate forecasts to guide strategic decisions.Team CollaborationPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve client and company goals.Make a DifferenceEmpower companies to create better workplaces while fostering meaningful, lasting client relationships. Proven Track Record: 5+ years of sales and account management experience, ideally in professional services or workforce solutions.Sales Expertise: Practitioner of a consultative or solution sales process.Executive Rapport: Ability to build trust with C-suite decision-makers.Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Microsoft Office.Adaptability: Thrive in changing market conditions and competitive environments. Achieve or exceed revenue and sales targets.Build a robust pipeline with new and existing clients.Grow revenue year-over-year within assigned accounts.Develop strategic account plans that drive measurable results. Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ Years of Experience: In sales and account management using a solutions sales process.Industry Experience: Practitioner experience in workforce solutions or related professional services.
