We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive our business-to-business sales efforts. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and transform prospective leads into active, revenue-generating accounts. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent presentation skills and a strong commitment to follow-up. Success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. What you need to have: You have minimum 2 years of sales experience; a background in cold calling is a big plus! You're a natural communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen to client needs. You're driven, proactive, and love working independently. You take initiative and are always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow and overcome challenges. You've got a polished, professional demeanor and can confidently interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You're a pro at organizing tasks, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You thrive when things move fast. You're flexible and can quickly adapt to changing demands, making smart adjustments to strategies and approaches on the fly. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems to streamline your workflow and drive results. You're ready to hit the road, attend industry events, and network with the best in the business. What's in it for you: Salary: $40,000 + Comms per year (On Target Earnings $80k) Health, Dental and Vision coverage 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Life & ADD Insurance Vacation, Sick Time and Company Holidays What you will be doing: New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and market analysis. Develop a deep understanding of the industry to effectively position our services and articulate value to prospective clients. Sales Cycle Management: Take full ownership of the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals. Manage each stage of the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to contract signing. Performance Tracking: Consistently achieve or exceed established performance metrics and sales targets. Utilize data analytics to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, video calls, and presentations to establish rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Tailor your approach to each client's unique business challenges and goals, demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific needs. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction. Foster strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and being responsive to their needs. Sales Planning: Develop and implement annual sales plans that align with company goals. Set clear, achievable targets for revenue generation and strategize on approaches to reach those targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and detailed call logs in the CRM system. Regularly update the database with new leads, interactions, and customer feedback. Networking: Actively participate in local and online business networking activities.
